"Boot Camp" Style Workout in Hua Hin?

Post by JamesWest »

Anybody know of a Boot Camp style workout group or class in HH?

You know the thing were you pay someone the beat you with a stick to exercise because you are to lazy to do it yourself? :D

I did this is California. It was great. A unbelievable amount of exercise in 90 minutes.

you start by not being able to complete anything the first day and eight weeks later it all seems easy.
I really like this forum because there are no personal attacks. All the members contribute in a positive way to my posts.

Call Dean Scott @ 090 368 2284. If this number does not work let me know. I can check with him on FB. He used to run Powerfit 102 and did this. The gym is closed now but he is back in Hua Hin so may be doing some of this type of training.
I wouldn't have to manage my anger if people could learn to mange their stupidity!

Hi James, I can't offer a boot Camp style work out. However, have you considered learning an important life skill at the same time as exercising? I won't need to hit you with a stick, but you'd certainly get a generous amount of exercise, and you would certainly not find it easy.

Let me know if the Boot Camp doesn't come through, and we can sort something. The first 2 hour session is always free with WKF, and you'd be under absolutely no obligation.

Don't forget, the first lesson is always free with the WKF - absolutely no obligation

My daughter goes to Palapon and if you want beating up then that's the place to be. Punished if you're late or not trying and there is of course Muay Thai sessions as well.
