Is TLC and The Learning Centre the same place?

A question has been asked if TLC and The Learning Centre are the same. They are not. Two seperate entities. Located in the same building but on different floors. And their offerings are different. TLC teaches Thai to foreigners and English to Thai. The Learning Centre teaches computer related courses and specialised language courses such as for visa, TOEIC, TESOL, 1 on 1 courses, children with learning difficulties, etc.

Sinsook Chirachant (Jeab), the owner of The Learning Centre, also has a shareholding interest in TLC but that is the extent of it.
