Transport to golf

Post by Phil D »

am coming to Hua Hin for all of August for the golf festival. Can anyone please advise how much I should pay for a car and driver to take me to the course and then pick up for return?

Bht600+ for a taxi ( Sea Pines will be less I think )

thanks Guru. Should have said there will be four of us with clubs so will probably need a mini van. How much is that likely to cost. Are vans readily available in Hua Hin for such trips?

I think there are several golf tour companies around Hua Hin that, if you book through them, give you discounted tee times as well as van transport to/from the courses. I thought one was a sponsor here but I just looked through the list on the side and didn't see any. I can remember the names but I see their vans around town and at the courses. Google Hua Hin golf tours and I'm sure a few will come up.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

I think all courses have their own van´s and pickup the guest´s at the hotels and also bring you back. The van are going every 30min from early in the morning. I saw a shedule last week at the hotel concierge.

I have a couple of friends who come over for a holiday and loads of golf. Once they have introduced themselves to Bernies bar they never seem to have problems with transport
