Absolutely right. The shuttle bus is 30 baht and it uses the tollway, so it's relatively fast, and you won't need to queue up for a taxi.
Get off at the very last stop, Mochit bus station. Then the van from there to HH 180 baht.

A couple of weeks ago they told us the last bus was midday. Useful to know about the evening ones, though arriving in Bangkok about 7pm isn't really appealing.Pagey wrote:Co - incidentally I am looking at options to go to Bkk on Saturday am other than minivan so I went to the desk on Sa Song Road this am. On the counter they have a card detailing departures from HH - 3.00 am, 10.00, 12.00, 16.00, 21.00.
3 hours 155 Baht. I asked about return times from Bkk and she wrote down for me: 11.30 am, 14.00, 16.00, 22.30.
I remember catching it from Bkk about 12 years ago and they were frequent then, it seems not so much demand now. I did use it HH to Bkk about 2 years ago in the morning and there was only a dozen passengers when we left HH.
Thanks u, I will find shuttle bus A1 but how can I distinguish Mochit 1 or 2??? Are they far from each others? The shuttle bus will stop at Mochit 1 or 2 first?JohnD wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 6:04 pm Don’t need to take a taxi from DMK to bus station Mochit 2.
There is a shuttle bus (A1) running from DMK Gate 6 to Mochit 2.
BTW, same shuttle bus runs to Mochit BTS (formerly Mochit 1??).
Good to know if you want to stay in Bangkok.
Can take luggage on shuttle bus no problem.

Transport for all vans from Morchit 2 bus station Bangkok has moved to a new van station under the Expressway opposite Morchit 2 starting last month.
The new small van station provides service for all the tickets sales. Each terminal has 12 ticket offices and inside there are clear signs to guide passengers to each region, a van lane and instructions to catch the vans. This new van station has a modern style, is convenient and safe in accordance with the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO). The van station only allows ticket entry and is open every day from 03.00 A.M. to 10.00 P.M. Inside the station there are 5 main terminals including a public relations terminal. Terminal A is for the northern and northeastern region, terminal B is for the central region, terminal C is for the eastern region. Terminal D is for the southern region, including Cha-Am, Hua Hin and Pranburi. There are also 144 platforms for van parking. Initially the transport company has shuttle buses for customers who do not know how to reach the station from Morchit 2.

Thanks u so much! I book successfully tickets with only ~ 800THB (cheaper than on busonlineticket.co.th ~ 1000THB)Pleng wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 5:49 pm If you have a lot of patience you can find the online booking here.
Note, after logging in you'll probably get a message saying something like "{your browser} needs to resend the form information to continue". Select CANCEL, not OK... otherwise you'll get stuck in an endless loop and not be able to log in.
Expect to have to attempt the booking several times, and you may have to come back later in the day as after each try, try, seats and trains become marked as unavailable. If you can persevere with it then eventually you should succeed.
