It used to be the Blue Room bar, opposite Friendly Bar on Soi Selakam.

Thanks Lev, you are right, I noticed many changed bar names from last January. But the biggest change I noticed was a 7-11 on EVERY corner, there must be at least 5 new ones in the last year, they all seem to do steady buisness so I guess they know what they are doing!
