100 baht per hour in Thailand is good enough salary for a job like cleaning house. Simply 100*8 = 800 (day). 800*5=4000/ week 4000*4=16 000 / month. 16000/month is a good salary for local HR.

Crazy rates, 100Baht per hour plus fuel, where have you been living. You can get a full time live in maid for 6,000 per month or even less.
Government minimum wage is 300Baht per day and many do not pay that much

I understamd your point re live in maids but not everyone wants or needs that, 100bt per hour is a good price to get a cleaner to your house

Thats up to you if you want a full time maid. Its ALWAYS more expensive to have a worker per hour.
And i know for sure that the maid there get so miserable salary will not stay for long time. She will try her best to find another job. And maybe she is not very trust able, and it's 100% sure that she don't speek english.
My GF is serious and she also do cleaning service for some house rental companys.
She is absolut not lazy, and she can do same cleaning on 2-3 hour than most thai women can do on a full working day.
You get what you pay for
