just a heads up john,springfield dont carry over maintenance fees,i had paid mine(12840bht) for the year 10months left,but springfield still made the new buyer pay the 12840bht maintenance,it doesnt carry with the membership,this was also confirmed by michael at springfield as well.

Thanks Jingjoe,,anyone looking please advise that the fees have to be paid, if your not playing much it would be better to wait till next year maybe.

Shit sorry, think this post must be 3 years old... I was trying to sell then to try and buy a Banyan membership - 700k now so not in the realms of possibility.
If you want one you could try the proshop, the staff usually know if someone is selling - or Michael the manager.
