Looking for lady to clean house

We have just moved to a residence close to the Banyan Golf Club and Black Lots Residence. We are looking for a reliable lady t clean our house once a week, day of week and times are flexible. Cleaning activities are floors (inside + terras), window (when necessar), 2 bathrooms, bedroom and living + kitchen. Will take approximately 4 hours to complete.

I am also looking for a lady to clean my house (Sampraya area, near the Dusit Thani) once a week for about 4-5 hours.
So far I haven't had any luck. I have been paying someone for 5 hours but she has only been doing 1 to 2 hours.
I don't live there. I only come every 2-3 months.
