what i can expect about the local people and laws, any problems, ??

I have to admit I find it remarkable ( if not extremely doubtful ) that a farang who has the capital ( and supposedly the where-with-all )
to own beach land in Hua Hin is requesting info regarding business law from this forum !! Or am I just naive ??
