I was in a similar position last year. I liked her a lot but didn't want to commit the whole holiday to her. I tried to make this clear before I arrived but inevitably, she was still expecting more than I was prepared to give.
Try and set your girl realistic expectations Jimi. That ain't always so easy but it can save a lot of grief when you get into town.
I had few days of tears and tantrums before an understanding was reached. She eventually understood the concept of what being on holiday meant to me and we got on great. I had other girls but never saw anyone else more than once, and when I was with her I treated her good and we had a great laugh. She maybe wasn't best please but she understood that was the deal or I'd get bored and walk. She was numero uno and was good as gold from the minute we came to an understanding. I still keep in touch with her now.

I agree with the comment that the girls aren't going to be faithful to you once you've left, so why should you be with them?
However, if you like her and want to safeguard her feelings and face, try your best not let her see you with another woman.
A lot of these girls get pretty messed up through their work and it's a sad fact of life that many make "token suicide attempts" if they feel they've been jilted.
Take a look at some of their wrists. You might be surprised at how many have scars there from slashing them. A major reason they do this is that a "boyfriend" has been seen with another girl. Normally it's only a cry for help, rather than a serious attempt to kill themselves, but a sad fact of life nevertheless.
Seems that I'm more on Heebio's mood so I'll continue to deal w/ the situation on a 'realistic' point of view. If things should turn bad (what bad, anyway ?), I'll buy a new phone card and go North sooner than expected !
