Re: Thailand is 4th in liquor drinking
Interesting statistics - but if S Korea is three times that of Thailand, half the population must be walking around (or riding their motorcycles) permanently drunk!!prcscct wrote:If we all drink just one more shot of liquor each week, we could win the bronze medal for booze consumption for Thailand..................

It is a matter of some pride to me that I appear to consume more spirits myself than the entire populations of Egypt and Indonesia.

They do get confused, bless them. When you watch a films (movies) that changes location they always state the city and country, Oslo - Norway, Paris - France, London - England etc. Geography for anything out of state is foreign studiesbsdk1960 wrote:^ some americans believes its the capital in sweden

Now they should narrow it down to areas on Thailand and say compare walking street in Patts to Nana plaza now that would be interesting.
One word is not a story but it is the beginning and end of one.

This reminds me of an episode of "Jaywalking" with Jay Leno - he asked randomelly picked people on the street if they know what the UK stands for. One person responded the Un Known. Leno then asked if anybody had been to the UK? The person answered, "No way, you can't go to a place you've never heard of"

A bit like the Thais then.........."how can you be from South Africa, you aren't black"?
Oh, and South Africa isn't a country. It simply refers to the southern region of Africa which obviously is a country.
