As far as BG is concerned, there are some words I could think of, but none would be in keeping with this forum.

As far as Oe and Oi are concerned I think that in your case it should be Pii in both cases on the basis of status rather than age.
I did ask Oi if ther was an accepted way of addressing someone of similar age and status. Here reply was that in my case it would be completely unnecssary.
