As stated, it's not the location, it's the person.........they're just miserable and need an excuse or to vent. UP2them.

Avoid at all cost, as reported to be contagious.

A small bit of research, and realizing you are retiring to an undeveloped, corrupt country should have helped prepare.........BUT, go figure, those that cry in their beers, aren't known to be scholars at research and decision making.'s always someone else's fault..... :roll:
