I once saw a guy at immigration, shortly after the country's most recent 'change of governance' who didn't have the correct paperwork for whatever it was he was trying to achieve.

The officer explained politely enough what was required but, as this evidently involved going back to his house, the dude decided to get all shirty with the officer and tell him he was a bad man. He then said "I'm going to go and speak to the army"

I remember thinking "yea, good luck with that"!
