Honest Lawyer?

Post by Gooner »

I am going to buy a house in Hua Hin,i have reserved the plot and return to Hua Hi in two weeks to sort everything out.
I am going to buy the house by forming a company, but i need to ask a lawyer some questions, especialy, in the event of my death,i would like my kids to inherit my house,do i need to make one of them a director to ensure they get control?
And before anyone thinks i am being mean,i shall be living alone,no wife or girlfriend,so i am not depriving a Thai lady anything.
Does anyone know a good,HONEST lawyer?
I used one in Hua Hin once before, and she was far from honest.
