The poor guy that died was only 25 and classed as a heavy smoker on the basis of smoking a pack a day over a year. The progression of the disease was :

9 July = Presented at Pranburi Hospital with trouble breathing and high pulse rate. Took a PCR test which proved negative. Admittd to male patients ward.
13 July - treated with inhalant, D/C (?).
19 July - treated at Pranburi Hospital for 2nd time. X-ray showed lung damage. Admitted to isolation room and PCR tested again. Again negative. Treated again with inhalant medicine.
26 July - went home. Within 2 hours back at hospital with difficulty breathing. Showed symptoms of congestive heart failure. Admitted to male ward and treated again with inhalant.
28 July - condition worsened and was intubated. Given PCR and rapid test then sent to HH Hospital. Rapid test was Ag positive.
29 July - Condition worsened further and the medical team adjusted the treatment but the patient went into shock. Heart short of blood. The result of the earlier PCR test came back positive.
30 July - Patient died at 11.45am.

 1. Ban Cha-am community, 10 cases (may have more outbreaks)
 2. Nong Ta Phot Community, 5 cases (a new group of Thai people)
 3. Nong Chaeng Community, 5 people, one generation group together  
 4. Khlong Thian Community 2 people
 5. Ban Sa community, 2 people, connected from family members
 6. Bang Thai Yoi Community 1 person
 7. Saphan Hin community 1 person
 8. Saha  Kham community 1 person

This was very scary this morning. Thankfully the wording changed later to put 90 of the 105 into clusters. Phew!!!
