Tried this, expensive and disappointing, also the motobikes were a constant source of annoyance.buksida wrote:This place looks the go:

Bella is great - they do a lovely Planksteak also, the thai owner spent many years in sweden.
if you walk down the street to the Hilton and take the first left you will find a restaurant called Victoria - run by a successful Swedish restauranter - they do lovely pizza, and a wide variety of Skandi/Thai and Mediterranean dishes - i am slowly working through the menu!

Someplace new?
Try Thaiwai Restaurant & Bar on Soi 80 for very good pizza and extremely good great big fat juicy hamburgers.
I prefer my pizzas thin crust style (Corner Pizza is best for these I agree), but Thaiwai's version is, although not very thin, certainly not one of those god awful thick & chewy monstrocities. But taste is all, and Thaiwai pizzas fulfill that in spades.
Ignore the hamburgers there and you do so at your expense ... the best I've ever had in Hua Hin.
Pizzas are in the ubiquitous 180-200 baht range. Burgers are in the 80 baht range.
Pool table upstairs, and the ambience is laid back and easy. I like it very much, and not only because it's just around the corner from our house ... 35 steps!
