Just a small piece of advice digger if you do go to port stanley take with you
A very strong umbrella
wellingtons
raincoat
thick pullovers
snow shoes
sunglasses tanning oil
parka
shorts
flip flops
because from the Rangatira in the harbour to the dock or walking more than 500 yards you will experience temperatures from -10 to 35 degrees howling wind driving sleet rain and snow. Blinding sunshine that will burn your skin in minutes
certainly in one single day you will experience every single type of extreme weather and everything in between its mindboggling
unless an iceberg beaches up somewhere then it just freezes your arse of

That is your best ever post guess even had me chuckling but had i wanted the galloshes for the action you are intimating i would have said wellington singular not the plural wellingtons . Falkland island sheep only have three legs :shock: :shock: :D :roll: :wink: :wink:
