House/Bungalow wanted to rent in hills about Hua Hin

I am looking to rent a modern 2 bedroomed bungalow with Western faciliteis in a residential area near to Hua Hin, up in the hills would be fine about 5klms from the town.

I want to avoid Estate Agents as their often "over the top commission" pushes the price uo to hight.

I would be grateful for any leads or contacts anyone has!!

Estate Agents do not take their commision from you, the owner of the property pays the agent to find a client. They will also make a contract for you, they are on your side.

Welcome to the board Mark.
You'll be amazed at how many of the new houses in HH that are either for sale or lease. Just hire a bike and find your way to some residential areas that might interest you.
If you have a problem with that just give me pm and I will inform you about "my" area just below Khao Hin Lekfai view point.
