ongoing building work

can anyone please tell me if there is any ongoing building work at/near the sailum hotel? (not the sailom in town, the one on the main road

Is that the one with the huge condo being built next door?

Seriously though there are a number of large buildings going up on Petchkasem south of town so it could well be.

No no building work as far as I can see and I walk past almost everyday,
Some road works on the main road but only affecting traffic flow.
Nearest building work is a way away so no problems noise wise
