I bought a Black and Decker jetwash from Tesco for 4000 baht, I think that was on offer but they're well worth investing in.

:(
Carefull with the acid wash, as it can do more harm than good to any cement based product.
Better to go for pressure wash if you can. :?
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.

Since this has come up again.....I just cleaned the sandwash all around our pool. Bought some normal laundry bleach, poured it on and gently spread it to cover all. Let it sit for 30 minutes and then brushed while hosing. Took off all the mold and discoloration. Not a back breaking job. Pete
