Double entry tourist visa exit.

Is it ok on double entry tourist visa , go to Burma only for stamp ?
Or do I have to be out of Thailand for certain period of time?

It's fine, you just go and return straightaway. Have a look at Rider's road report of a recent Ranong border run in the On The Road section.

As above, yes absolutely fine. Spend 10 minutes in Burma getting your entry and exit stamps and receive another 60 days at Thai Imm when you return.
Note, you'll need 10 US dollars for the Burmese stamps. It's best to get them at a proper exchange rate from a bank in HH rather than paying 600 Baht on the black market in Ranong. Make sure the bill/s are crispy clean or else you'll have them rejected in Burma.
