Hi there again!
Like I told in my previous message, I´m coming to Hua Hin in March for four weeks. I have a tattoo in my arm which was taken 14 years ago. My hope is that I could find a good tattoo artist who could do beautiful tribal tattoo over that old one!I know there are places in Hua Hin, but can anyone recommend some of those places? I really appreciate for any answer!!
Good tattoo artist?

When I was in Hua Hin there were quite a few tattooists I would doubt any of them were bad or they woudn't survive.
You might want to consider having a single needle tattoo. These are quite traditional (Maori style) but do take a long time.
The tattooist uses a lenght of bamboo with a single needle on the end which he dips in a small pot of ink. Its amazing to watch as at times his arm becomes a complete blur. This type of tattoo is permanent but isn't as deep as the gun type so no blood is drawn. It does take a long time especially the filling in bit, but leaves a lovely aged ochre brown finish and you can go swimming straight after!!
I had mind done in southern Thailand and am not sure if you will find this method in Hua Hin.

Now for the filling in...
