Teerak................. ? MLM.......................?.

Is this post in code??
Hi PET,

Teerak is the G/F (have seen many spellings tirak, tilac, teeruk etc)

Sorry I'm an ex network marketer & I assumed people knew MLM was "Multi Level Marketing", my bad!

What sort of company is Teerak ?

:?
Hi Khundon, for clarification Teerak is my G/F & I'm not sellling her or shares in her :D
Hi Beeblebrox

I apologize most humbly to you and Teerak.
It was just that it sounded like Teerak was part of some sort of franchise owned by MLM a Parent company, the way the OP was worded.

Good luck in you quest, and give my regards to Slarty Bartfast, when next you bump into him. :thumb:

Hi Khundon

Thanks for the apology, not necessary tho as there was never any offence taken :)

Times are hard for Slarty & co these days; he works at the local supermarket retrieving trolleys from the carpark for them. Will pass on your regards :)

Hi PET

I guess the original post was to see if other people thought that joining a network company is worthwhile if it makes their trips to LOS (or other places too I guess) tax deductible...

At the moment it's just an idea, but it's started to appeal on another level. If all goes well with my Thai girl we'd like to live together & NZ Immigration is difficult (as I guess it is in other countries) but it seems that there are dispensations for business people wanting to shift to NZ & it seems that they're happy with network marketing as a business... it sounds like it's a short cut to obtaining residency - but you never know until you submit all the forms etc I guess.

With the way the trolleys were last laid out all over the carpark I think he's working on something bigger than Norway 8)

Well good luck with those forms, from what I read on here, the Thais just luv em. :cuss:

Have previous attempts to get Teerak into N.Z. failed or are you trying to forestall refusal, with this network marketing strategy?

Can't wait for Slartys latest masterpiece.

I haven't tried yet, but others here (NZ) have told me of their nightmares :cuss:
So I'm trying to look at something they haven't tried. Doesn't mean I'm guaranteed success tho unfortunately

New Business?

Post by margaretcarnes »

Hi Lazerlab - seriously? BIG business? With investors?
OK. I'll skip the obvious 'been there got the teeshirt don't run a bar' stuff. All of which is true. For a real challenge though, an idea we had years ago in Pattaya, which never came about.
Time share hotel.
Its been done in England, on the basis that each investor pays for one room (or more, depending on their level of investment.) Then the room owner gets to choose their own time slots of course. They get a cut of the room rental income for the rest of the year, and could even be responsible for arranging bookings for their own room.
Advantages - investments up front, with the usual 'time share' incentives.
Room owners get to 'customize' or 'theme' their room, and can use that as a selling point for sub-letting.
They get guaranteed and personalised accomodation, and can leave their gear in the buildings secure storeage room between visits.
Management stock the fridge etc ready for the owners visits, and provide any other facilites ready and waiting if you get my drift!
Reasons for suggesting this? I think the time is right now - especially in HH. There are a lot of regular visitors who stay for a month or more every year. They struggle to find reasonably priced houses or apartments in advance, and find regular hotel prices now are too high.
Also - there is a high percentage Scandinavian population in HH. Plenty of Scandinavian businesses there already you could work with to spread the word. Possibly even half finished or abandoned projects up for grabs.
Just a thought...
A sprout is for life - not just for Christmas.
