brownes hotel new owner

hello peeps...we are to take the brownes hotel over in march.we are moving after 15 years in the canary islands working in the food drink industry.our plan is to put brownes and baan retreat villa quietly and politely on the map.we are just a hard working couple not we know it alls.my name is steve and wife is nui. dog named jack.we will be open for business around 20th march and will be offering sunday roast dinners and english breakfast in the suberbs.not the best location we know but we hope with peoples generosity we can put together a place of retreat for travellers and locals alike.want a week end away? or lunch somewhere different? maybe a drink and a swim away from every day life. that will be us.we are intending to keep stards high and service good but at the same time relaxed as you will share our home.richard and his wife lek have been most helpfull in every way to welcome us in and provide us with endless assistance to re establish this fine building .hope to see you some time and lookforward in joining the community of hua hin we have holiday there and fell in love with its history and charm,our menu will be mulitinational mexican,english thai spannish and swedish ..thank u for the time to read this and welcome any responses wether positive or negative as long as constructive steve and nui[/b]
