phone number of new immigration office and opening hours

Hi

Does anyone have the phone number for the new immigration office? I have been calling the old number but it just rings as engaged the whole time. Also what are the opening hours today.

As today is a "civil service" holiday, they may be closed.

Call centre: 1178

Hours: 08-30 to 15-30 Monday to Friday.
