What is the problem? If you go to www.paypal.com and select Thailand as country, there should be no problem.

No sure what problem you're experiencing but I can assure you it does work fine.

As far as I know though, if you're opening a Thai PayPal account, you'll need to use a Thai bank account. They'll also debit a small abount from your account but you get it back again. Additionally, in order for your account to be verified, you'll need to supply a credit card number. The will then attempt to charge the card and this results in some or other code. Once you determinw the number, you enter it in on the paypal site and then you're verified. As far as I can remember, I used my K-Bank debit card and that was good enough.

If you have any other problems, feel free to PM and I'll see if I can help. I assure you, I've had every possible experience one can have with paypal over the years.

Cheers

Just to sign up you need no account information and no credit card. These you can add later for money transfers.

Correct but why would anyone want a paypal acount that you cannot use and until you add your account info, the account is useless.
