Company formation in Thailand

My accountant has suggested that for purposes of tax efficiency, my existing UK business should consider establishing a Thai based subsidiary.

This of course, would require me to visit The Kingdom more often - tough, I know..

Can anyone point me to a simple how-to and FAQ guide for establishing the Thai equivalent of a Ltd company? (preferably without having to place large sums in the care of a Thai national..)
