double taxation

HI
Do any expats know how to get a U.K. Double Taxation Treaty Relief Form(DT/I) certified here in Hua Hin.I have been referred back and forth by various Tax offices here in Thailand.

Can't you just have it signed by a firm of accountants or lawyers?

This leads me to ask if there is a 'Double Taxation' agreement with UK, and if so, where can I look it up and what can be claimed?

I believe there is no double taxation agreement between Uk and Thailand

There is a double taxation agreement between the Inland Revenue and Thailand.
Details on Inland revenue site search double taxation rhe reference no is DT 18850
