Cigars
Hi Guys I'm new around here living in Cha-Am. I enjoy an occasional cigar and was wondering if anyone can recommend where to get them in Hua Hin. Thanks, Chris
The little "Kodak" store about a block down from the post office used to carry a couple of different Cuban brands in little aluminum tubes. It's been a while since I've been in there so I don't know if they still have them or not.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Do you do a 10% discount on booze for HHAD members like SJ does?halex wrote:Halex HH offers a large selection on cuban cigars. Montecristo,
Partagas, Upman, Cohiba, Hoyo de Monterey, Romeo & Juliett and more.

True Cubans? (not casting anything bad, just curious if allowed)halex wrote:Halex HH offers a large selection on cuban cigars. Montecristo,

Migrant,
In my experience you can buy a Cuban cigar anywhere in the world except the U.S. because of the ban on Cuban imports there. Who knows, in Thailand they could be knockoffs like the Rolex watches but I don't think there is any ban on importing them and they are expensive like most other imported items.

When I used to go to Honduras I'd pick up enough for a year, and friends, for $5. All with a good mix of Honduran, and Cuban, tobacco.
I've never smoked cig's, and can't breathe with too much smoke (3 broken noses didn't help) but somehow found that a periodic cigar is very relaxing, perhaps because I relax when I have one.

Many thanks for all the great advice I'll check out the places mentioned. I'm looking forward to a nice after dinner cigar.
