Similar to the love the Green Army has for Ian Holloway then :D It's a shame that they're both decent managers.

Paul Sturrock has got to go!!

Despite doing a fantastic job for the Green Army in the past, the man is ill, and no longer up to the job. He made many very bad decisions last season - bought a load of crap who he can't give away. Well a couple of Scottish teams were interested, but they preferred to play for Plymouth Reserves.

He is carrying on this season - he has to go before it's too late.

Championship 2009 2010

Big Boy, I know I took the mickey out of Argyle on another thread but I was a regular at Home Park in the 70`s when Jim Furnell (ex Arsenal and Liverpool) was the keeper. It`s the third result I look for after hoping for a Gunners win and a Spurs loss.

Yes, for a lower league club, the Green Army has quite a considerable worldwide following.

You can have Magilton as a swap for Sturrock. Don't take too long to think about it - the transfer window shuts on Monday.

Copied from BBC website Match Facts for the preview of QPR's game against Scunthorpe 29/8/09

• QPR are yet to win a league game under manager Jim Magilton.

• They have not won in seven league games since a 3-2 home victory against Sheffield Wednesday on 13 April.

:lach:

C'mon guys, that league is a week old. They may be crap this season, but it's not quite as bad as you make out.

Actually, the fans have been disappointed with the last 2 results. They'd have rather lost them, and got rid of Sturrock. Despite his legendary status at Home Park, he is a very sick man, and is making some awful decisions. He has to go.
