What about this one... it doesn't quite cover all the area you mentioned but it is close and I think it's pretty accurate as far as streets go...

I've tried to find large scale maps of Thailand, both Hua Hin and Issan and apart from those made for the military, they don't seem to be available.
I've found that for minor and unmade roads, the stuff available over the net is now very good.
I use Nokia maps and am constantly surprised by some of the tracks that are on it.
I go around our place in Nong Ki on a mountain bike and it's quite difficult to go off a mapped track.
