Forgot to mention, my girlfriend has given these bars her approval, and we go together to each one about once a week.
She even let's me visit them alone! Ha!

I think the girl who used to work in Onn Onn Corner now works there (not a BG), nice girl.

As for Poonsuk plaza they're all a bit to quiet and woe betide anybody having an afternoon drink, it gets the full blaze of the sun.

I just try not to go out before the sun goes down....and try my damndest to make it home before it comes back up.

The 'Phoenix bar' is up the Palau road nearly opposite 'Luk nam' Which is also worth checking out as long as you don't mind going a bit deaf...

Yeah, I hear ya BaaBaa.
I failed on that twice last week, once I didn't even make it home until the next night.
Luckily the GF was out of town.

About going deaf: No problem after all - since I am bass player in a Rock Band I'm used to some noises
