One of these will probably open in HH in due course. Seems like the standard size Tokyo hotel room. If all you want is a place to sleep, this should do it. Pete

Pete they have them at Kuala Lumpar airport and are really handy if you have a long wait for connection and want to freshen up before your flight.
Here is the web site that gives all the details. http://www.tunehotels.com/
Always Borrow Money from a Pesimist. "They Never Expect it Back"
"A room in a Tune hotel is only 12 square metres with bare-bones facilities. A fee is charged for services such as using air-conditioning, having laundered towels and other energy-consuming amenities.
Tune boasts five highlights for its hotels - five-star quality beds, hot and cold showers, central and strategic locations, clean environments, and 24-hour security.
Tune's marketing tagline is "a 5-star sleeping experience at a 1-star price". It says rooms can be booked online from $3 per night".
I can imagine some expats deciding to live in one of these full time!
