It's a while since I got a 30 day extension to a tourist visa, but reckon you'll need the following:
Yourself
Your passport
One or maybe two copies of the passport details page, the visa, the entry stamp and the departure card.
Extension form filled in (they're available at Imm. Put down your reason for the extension as being to stay here a while longer and see more of the country).
One or two passport sized photos
1,900 THB for the extension.

I think only one copy is necessary. Same for a photo. Take two, just in case.
It should be a painless experience. Get there early and you should be out within 30 mins.

Well.....welcome to the forum, glad you posted today after joining 6 months ago, good on you.

I haven't extended a tourist visa either for a long time but Lomuamart seems to have included everything. Should be a hassel free experience, just photocopy everything. Only thing I'll say is when you photocopy the white entry card that says ironically say "departure card" on it that has your entry date on it, then make sure you photocopy the side with the TM/DX number (eg 1644) on it with the entry stamp on the same side.

Forgive if that sound obvious but someone I met at immigration the last time I went held everyone up with this problem.

Just want to add that you can go to the immigration anytime during your first 60 days of stay. Your additional 30 days will be counted from the expiry date of the 60 days so you do not "loose" any days by applying early.

And, by the way, it is not your visa you will be extending, it is your permission to stay in Thailand.

Well done Meatball :)

It's always good when a plan comes together.

No relation to Meatloaf are you?
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.
