Au contraire Lomu - I took it as a compliment.
Loved the photo Charlesh - what a contrast to the absolutely fabulous immigration office in Kanchanaburi where we went to get our re-entry permit. No queues, welcoming staff with smiles, and a puppy to play with while you wait. On the other end of the scale is the converted farmhouse in NP province. Absolutely no English spoken, and 'mai dai' is the answer - 'What is your question?'.

Good one KD. I was the nut behind the camera. I might add this appears to be a typical day. I just loved the overhead lights. You got to have a look at the lounge in the passageway which restricts movement to the side exit that makes a crab cringe.
I note that on my last visit the ticket machine which used to have 3 options for unsuspecting farangs (no other enquiries option though) now has been reduced to 1 (efficiency and multi tasking ha, ha).
