ATMs that dispense 500s?

I keep finding atms that give 1000s, I want to find one that gives 500s. The only way I know to get a 500 from an ATM is to take out 14,500 or 15,500. But what I want is all 500s. Yes, I know I can change 1000s for 500s at a bank.

500 notes from ATM's, by request, do not exist. You only get them on the rare occasions when no 1000 note is left in the ATM

There are some ATM machines in the UK now that let you select which notes you require, but I've never come across one here.
The only ones that have given me smaller notes have been in small towns in rural areas where, I suppose, there is less money around.

Then I guess I got lucky the one time an ATM gave me nothing but 500s. I'd go back to it but I have no idea where it was.

It probably wouldn't matter if you remembered. As stated before, they only give all 500s when they are out of 1000s. I use the same ATM all the time and it has given me 500s a couple of times but the other hundreds of times it's been all 1000s.
