and this evening on Radio Sandman we have a very special dedication from all in Hua Hin to our mate Sarge. Here is a little soothing music care of Lofty and The Sarge. Their version of the Ink Spots classic Whispering Grass

This evening I will mainly be listening to Ed Alleyne-Johnson and some old New Model Army
Heres a taste of Eds stuff
amazing considering hes playing all that live using a series of loop and effects pedals
and here he is in full agit-rock mode with the legendary New Model Army
ah the good old days....

Found it on Youtube. This has to be one of the coolest advice songs ever, originally a speech at a university graduation function in Australia I think, released by Baz Luhrmann in 1998.
Well worth a watch. Sums it all it well.

Re: Music - what are people listening to now?
I've managed to download nearly everything done by John Martyn. I've just been listening to "The Tumbler".
However, the first John Martyn album I ever heard, namely "Sundays Child", I've never managed to find on any download site. Can anyone help?
As to listening it's Billy Bragg at the moment.

Painting rooms today so I put on Robert Johnson, the bluesmaster that supposedly sold his soul to the devil in exchange for his talent.

migrant: regarding Robert Johnson (nice choice) , I do believe that one E. Clapton does the best version of Johnson's "Crossroads".
