Rental agents

We have a 2 bed villa just south of Hua Hin which we want to rent, either short or long term, while we are in the UK.
Can anyone help with the name of a good and reliable agent that can work on our behalf.

I used them for 12 months and they have a good selection and look after them when empty etc

I am also permitted to market rental properties on behalf of [Edited] for my fledgling London-based business. I am also a property owner in Hua-Hin and rent it out successfully all year round.

I would recommend the use of Google and a telephone. Search for any combinatation of "Hua" "rental" "Hin" and "property" in any order and then call the contacts you get.

The propertys listed here seem to be holiday rentals - I am looking for something a little more long term.

OK, have you tried to contact our sponsors eg:

- Hot Property
- Hua Hin Property
- Exotiq Real Estate

I believe they all deal in long term rentals. Links can be found in the right hand sidebar.

Alternatively, I would suggest booking in to a hotel/guest house for a couple of nights and look around for yourself. There's always plenty available to rent.
