Pete: You're treading on dodgy ground there. Mind you, I have to agree with you if you're referring to Thai females... Not so much crazy as downright dangerous for the most part.

Actually made a bit of a mess-up with this race. Because I was doing 'house-wifey' chores like cutting the grass and washing the car, I totally forgot to make my picks. Missed out on the early 2 pts, but I guess I picked up on the points scorers.

You've certainly got a convincing lead Lindos, well done. What's your secret?

There is no secret I never watch formula 1  I find it boring watching men driving cars round a track maybe one of them will overtake. mmm
What I do is look at the practice results consult with my dog give him things to pick. he is not as accurate as paul the octopus but he is improving. :duck:
So as I said earlier it is just luck.
Any one want to consult my dog his fees are reasonable :P :duck:
Woke up this morning breathing that's a good start to the day.

Don't forget qualifying Saturday and race this Sunday in Germany. Personally, I'm changing tactics and making unorthodox choices. Can't do any worse. :D Pete

Vital Spark as zoomed into second place behind Lindosfan who remains in first. VS had the best race with 14 points and was the only one to pick Alonzo as the winner.

Some controversy in the news this morning that Massa was given orders to let Mr. Ego pass him, thus allowing Alonzo to win the race. Sad if true. As has happened before, if Alonzo stays with Ferrari next season we'll probably see Massa go elsewhere IMO.

Quick one now, Hungarian GP coming up August 1. Good luck to all. Pete

There is an error in the ranking. Vettel is listed in 6th place instead of Webber. So I think all should have 1 point more.

I see ferrari have been fined for cheating, how can you allow for that when forecasting. IMO ferrari should be suspend for the next race, it is no worse than than taking a bribe to lose a football, snooker match. To much money having an influence in what is supposed to be a sport.

Congratulations to VS well predicted nearly maximum points

could be all change!! :?
the matter has quite rightly been referred to the world motor sport council?
ferrari have blatently broken the rules & could be docked the placings/points

whatever the outcome it doesn't bode well for the image of the sport :| :(

Just watched the BBC broadcast of the race as we had visiters yesterday, and we can't bear people who don't understand F1 making stupid comments or talking when we're watching the race.

I think I got a bit lucky there with my points, because Massa should have won. Alonso was certainly faster in the practices, which was why I picked him to win - but on the day Massa's great move on the outside at the first corner (whilst Vettel and Alonso were fighting it out) deserved him the win.

As RZR says, team orders aren't good for the sport. They should've just let them battle it out.

I do think that this season's racing is the most open and entertaining for a long time. You should watch it Lindos, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I do sometimes  but on my tv I cannot get an english commentary, and I am to lazy to drive 13k to watch it. I agree it is a lot better this season with 3 teams battling it out. I nearly put Alonso as my winner but my dog picked another so he is now sacked and I am going to try to get a small octopus instead. :D
A couple of more results like the last one and you will overtake me you do seem to be making the right pics at the moment. Good luck for the rest of the season

Aahhh...the luxury of living in a land with less law inforcement.

If you really want to watch it with lovely David (Coulthard), an annoying little Irishman (Eddie Irvine) and A.N. Other presenter, just PM me and I'll give you the link. Not sure what laws and regulations you are covered by where you are. I'd certainly not want your dog to have to go through the trauma of having to visit you in the clink.

You'd obviously have to watch it after the race has finished, but it gives you the advantage of rewinding to the bits that are interesting. :D
