Hey all.
Im gonna be in Hua Hin for aproximatly 16 days starting from September 1st. Then im moving to another location for aproximatly 1 month, but if i like Hua Hin i might come back for a long stay, im gonna be in Thailand for six months up to a year and im looking for good longstay alternatives.
During my 16 days i would like to check out some Condo alternatives, the Condo Chain and VIP sounds like a good option to me, but how do i go about to check em out? i just go up to the building and talk to the people there like in Bangkok or?
If anyone reading this owns a apartment in these buildings or have other alternatives then dont hesitate to contact me. Looking for something in the 8000thb/month range. Internet is important to me tough, i have to have access to a stable internet connection due to Webdesign studies.

The best way is just to visit the condo you fancy and talk to the people at the reception. They can normally show you the apartments and tell you whether there are any vacancies.
However, I doubt you will find any decent condos here in Hua Hin for 8,000 baht a month for a one year's rental agreement.
A two bedroom condo here in Khao Takiab where I am staying costs from 30,000 baht per months and up.

Try these people: [Mod Edit] They're good. I use them myself.

You can get basic condos for 8,000 bt a month and you can find a reasonable small house for that price, but the internat might be a problem with a house.
A condo for 30,000 bt is going to be upmarket with a sea-view and all that but if you just want somewhere to live, 8,000 will do the trick.
If I was you, I would just come and have a look around as many places are only advertised locally or by word of mouth.
