There are several boat chandlers in Paknampran that stock bilge pumps (12v, 24v and 240v).

I think a safety net around the trampoline would be a good addition -Too
many people up there trying to escape the rising water as you were demonstrating your new bilge pump could be dangerous.

With Johan's speedboat there is no need for a marina. Take it out of the car boot and carry it down to the waters edge.
For safety make sure your partner on the beach has fresh batteries in the remote control should the wind change.
