Cost of single re-entry permit?
Forum search turned up posts saying 1000 b and some that said 1800 b. I probably should have paid attention to when it was posted. Anyway, what is the price now? The government's web site says 1000. Recent rule changes say the permits have to be bought at the same place one reports. Makes me think the local offices can charge whatever they want.

I thought it was 1900 baht the last time I went into immigration.

I just searched and Nereus said he got one for 1000 last September.

1year visa extension: 1,900 Baht
Single re-entry: 1,000 Baht
Multiple re-entry: 3,800 Baht

Confirmed. I bought a single re-entry permit last week. Single is THB 1,000 and multiple is THB 3,800. Fixed fee. No discrepancies between different immigration offices or officers.
We are all living in 'the good old days' of the future.
