Now that's something you guys could set up off a beach in Hua Hin. You'll have a Thai crowd of hundreds, food carts, crying children and the family dog watching within 30 minutes. It could very well become a TAT yearly event. Good fun that would be. Pete

This is really interesting, the betting among the Thais would be fierce. Money changing hands with each shot...close to...over...under etc. You would even have Thai golfers and maybe some pros there taking part. Winning lottery numbers would be selected from some secret formula .

No seabed anchored 'gong' needed, just an old rowboat anchored bow and stern, north to south with a gong mounted inside.

It could even be turned into a business, X shots for X Baht, part of proceeds go into the pot for anyone who hits it on that day. Small boys with masks and fins diving to retrieve balls.
