Singapore is the only night race on the circuit so should be interesting. Here is the web site inclusive of the race route map. Pete

Uggh, my worst race so far. :( Congratulations to Tonytequila who was the only one to pick Alonso as winner. Parahandy had the best race with 14 points. Lindosfan remains on top of the ranking but only by 4 points above Vital Spark.

The season now comes down to:

1) Japanese GP October 10
2) Then just about a month off before the Brazilian GP on November 7
3) Then a week after that for the finale at Abu Dhabi on November 14

Good luck to all! Pete

Yes they should go to bumper car races.

You forgot the Korean Grand Prix on Oct. 24.

The Superguru web site doesn't have it listed in the 'make picks' section, or in their schedule section. They go right from Japan to Brazil. I'll guess we'll see why not in due course or if they add it in. Pete

It's still up in the air. Final track inspection is scheduled for next Monday. Oct. 11. If it passes and it's a go, the race will be on Oct. 24, two weeks after the Japan GP. Stay tuned. Pete

Could be me. I'm throwing caution to the wind with these last 3-4 races. :D Pete

Qualifying in Japan was canceled yesterday due to severe rain. Qualifying is now at 1000 hours Japan time this morning, followed by the race. I understand it's the first time in F1 history that this has been done. No time to tweak the cars it appears, and the process may wear on the drivers as well.

There appears to be a 30% chance of rain today there so no idea what will happen at the moment. Pete

Qualifying on a Sunday morning is not without precedent in Japan.

Back in 2004, both qualifying and the race took place on the same day after the whole of Saturday's running was lost due to Typhoon Ma-on.

Vital Spark had the best race with 13 points and now only 2 points behind Lindosfan, 185 to 187. Parahandy, Pitsch and I picked Vettle as winner.

The Korean GP is still up in the air with track inspection taking place as I speak. Stay tuned. Pete

Just finished watching the race, so I've only now checked the scores on the doors. :D

Absolutely gorgeous track, and a mediocre race.

Watch out Lindos... I'm right on your tail.
