Licenses for business

Anybody know where one would get a licence for the following:
Guesthouse
Liquor
Food
Music

I need the following above to open a guesthouse , so people inform me.Would they all come under one roof and what would be the place too get these and roughly the cost?

The Tessabahn and the Police - depending on the type of licence. But as a farang you will also need a work permit to be able to do this yourself, as well as a lawyer, and will need a registered company.
If the proposed business is in a Thai name only, the Thai should be able to deal with all the legalities - don't get involved!
