Has been for weeks, just not up to his potential. He hasn`t started a league match all season I believe.

Shame, great player on his day.

Has Nasri pretty much nicked his spot?

Nasri plays great when he is behind v. Persie or Chamakh in the middle of the field. It's a place usually reserved for Fabregas and when he is in Nasri moves to left wing, where he is good but not as great as in the middle. However, his game in the middle is very promising and I'm not overly worried any more about Cesc responding to the call of the money from (B)arcelona.

eh!
he's started 17 & come on as sub 4 times :? , last start was v wigan on dec 29th.

agree he's well out of form, but last night he did put in a good shift.
though i heard his shot that went over the bar in the second half ended up in sheffield

we're spoilt for choice in the attacking midfield dept & arshavin isn't gonna be guaranteed a place in the starting 11 :|

Well it was a great game to watch! Nasri started as Arsenal capitan and is an excellent player, I enjoy watching him play.

It wouldn't be a surprise if Leeds got back amongst the big boys next year, but a tough division to get out of - good luck to them.

Hey BaaBaa, with Babel on his way out, maybe Kenny will put in a bid for Arshavin? He's gotta come good again?

I'm still hoping this Suarez deal goes through, he would be a fantastic signing, better than Arshavin. Not that I'd say no to Arshavin, he's banged in plenty against us, 4 in 1 game.

Babel won't be a great loss, seemed a good lad but never lived up to his potential. Ironically though Kenny has set us up more 433 which is what suits Babel best, being a dutch wideman and all.

Suarez deal might go through, if Torres gets his wish and goes to Chelsea

They need some decent management and a fat chequebook first

No FA Cup thread can be complete without mentioning Fulham 4 TOTTENHAM 0. Trying to sneak a post under another thread just won`t do.

Just watched the first 90 minutes of Chelsea/Everton, somehow managed to miss the most exciting bit, but from what I have seen of Chelsea this year they have lost their air of invincibility and power. Are they all getting over the hill at the same time with no new players being brought on through their system? Perhaps a Chelsea fan could give us some idea of what`s going on.

I think your over the hill observation is about right, They're are all 30+. I'm gutted!

Have fun Nando and tell your plastic fans, next time they copy a Liverpool banner, it would be a good idea to remove the Shankly Gates. The tossers.

Bit of a conundrum for me, I'd rather you lot won it and they don't win number 19 but I also want Liverpool to finish above Chelsea. :? :? :?

I'm still hoping for the long shot, Chelski and Spuds slip up and we can somehow sneak fourth. :|
