My advice is get a gardener, life is to short and the Sun too hot, to tend it yourself.

Mind you, if you are 10 floors up, a window box is easy to look after.

Hi Khundon, thanks for the advice! for sure the garden will be to enjoy, and not to work in it! just watching the grass growing... I will just need a well hooked hammock and a ice cold drink! hehe...and 98 months to wait to fully enjoy!
