Does anyone know of both are there such facilities available locally, and possibly the cost.
The reason being I need such for a link to a Court in Melbourne Australia in respect of a civil matter I am pursueing ; and need to let the Court know of location and phone numbers etc. relatively soon.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The only one I've heard of is Dr Mike at Bangkok Hospital, so at least you know the technology is available in the area. Whether there's a facility with public access is another question.
