I am wondering if anyone has the name of a good Thai/western caterer for a wedding party. I Would like a mix of Western and Thai dishes as well as a whole roasted pig on the spit.Thanks

i believe the hilton and a few other hotels do outside catering services.

give them a call

They do outside catering. Thai food no problem, outside bar no problem, pig no problem, mixed buffet no problem, service skills 5 star hotel trained at management level. Perfect English. Give her a call or a mail with your requirements. Many posters on here know her so references no problem.
